Their polished, jewel-like appearance is only the most obvious sign that something is different about our nozzles compared with those of competitors. You could call it the Arthur Products value proposition, which begins with product development. We conceptualize and engineer innovative products like our CNT-R-KUT® series with flexible centering to clean tight spaces in damaged sewers. Always focused on the needs of our distributors and end customers, we quickly react to trends and issues in the marketplace. Where other players might be happy to “throw it over the fence” when responding to requests, we painstakingly concentrate on giving our distributors and customers exactly what they need, when they need it.
The heart of the Arthur Products advantage takes place within the four walls of our facility. Here we transform bar stock into jet nozzles; machining, grinding and polishing them until they are ready for the final step in the process – custom drilling. We custom drill every nozzle to customer specifications based on the work involved, the type of jetter used, water pressure and flow, and other fundamentals. It’s the only way to ensure the nozzle is optimized for the job at hand.
All under one roof
To our knowledge, none of our competitors are fully integrated to manufacture jetting nozzles under one roof, since they subcontract various elements of their nozzles out to other shops, in some cases internationally. In addition to giving us tight control over the quality and production of our products, it also streamlines our supply chain, enabling us to avoid tariffs and import regulations and to react quickly and cost-effectively to market changes and distributor demands. What’s more, our level of vertical integration means we can proudly say our jet nozzles are 100% made in the USA!
